A Case of Free-Floating Pigmented Cyst in the Anterior Chamber

Abstract
|
|
|
The occurrence of free-floating or fixed pigmented cysts within anterior chamber is unusual and rare.
We observed a 38 year-old male patient who had unilateral free-floating pigmented cyst in the anterior chamber. The cyst was ovoid and measured approximately 2.5×1.0×1.0mm and moved freely in the anterior chamber with head movement. The patient
was
asymptomatic and he had no evidence of inflammation, either past or present.
